Refund policy
Due to the nature of balloons and customised event products, we operate a strict but fair returns and refunds policy. Please read this carefully before placing an order.
1. Perishable & Time-Sensitive Products
Balloons are perishable, time-sensitive items and their condition can be affected by factors outside of our control, including temperature, handling, humidity, and environmental conditions.
For this reason, we do not accept returns or refunds for change of mind once an order has been dispatched or collected.
2. Eligibility for Refunds or Replacements
Refunds or replacements will only be considered in special circumstances, where there is clear evidence of a manufacturing fault or error on our part.
Examples include:
Balloons that arrive deflated or unusable due to a manufacturing defect
Incorrect items supplied that do not match the order confirmation
Faults that are present at the time of delivery or collection
We do not offer refunds or replacements for:
Normal wear and tear
Improper handling or storage after delivery
Damage caused by heat, cold, sharp objects, or environmental conditions
Popping or deflation after use or setup
Event delays or cancellations outside of our control
3. Reporting an Issue (Timeframe is Strict)
Any issues must be reported within five (5) working days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for review, you must:
Contact us within 5 working days
Provide clear photographic evidence
Photos must be:
Taken promptly
Clearly show the issue
Time-stamped (metadata intact)
Unedited and uncropped
Failure to report an issue within this timeframe will result in the claim being declined.
4. Assessment Process
Once we receive your claim, we will:
Review the evidence provided
Assess whether the issue is due to a manufacturing fault
Respond within a reasonable timeframe
If approved, we may offer:
A replacement (where feasible), or
A partial or full refund, at our discretion
Refunds are issued to the original payment method only.
5. Custom & Personalised Orders
Custom or personalised balloon orders are non-refundable and non-returnable, except where a confirmed manufacturing fault is present.

7. Legal Rights
