Shipping policy

At Event Pundits, we take care to prepare and dispatch all orders as efficiently as possible. Please read our shipping policy carefully before placing an order, particularly as many of our products are time-sensitive and event-based.


Order Processing Times

Standard Orders

All standard (non-customised) orders are typically processed and dispatched within five (5) working days of order confirmation.

“Order confirmation” refers to the point at which:
• Payment has been successfully received, and
• All required order details have been provided by the customer.

Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding UK public holidays.


Custom & Classed Orders

Custom, personalised, or classed orders require additional preparation time.
• These orders will be acknowledged within three (3) working days
• Production and preparation may take up to ten (10) working days from order confirmation

Because these items are made to order, processing times may vary depending on design complexity and order volume.


Expedited & Special Requests

We understand that some events are time-critical.
• Expedited processing or next-day delivery may be available by special request only
• Such requests must be agreed in writing before placing your order
• Additional fees may apply
• Availability is not guaranteed and depends on production capacity

Please contact us before ordering if you require urgent delivery.


Delivery Times

Delivery times begin after dispatch, not at the time of order.

Estimated delivery times vary depending on:
• Delivery method selected
• Courier service
• Destination address

We are not responsible for delays caused by:
• Courier disruptions
• Weather conditions
• Incorrect or incomplete delivery information
• Circumstances beyond our reasonable control


Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

Where applicable, shipping confirmation and tracking details will be provided once your order has been dispatched.

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that someone is available to receive the delivery where required.


Event Dates & Responsibility

When ordering for an event, we strongly recommend placing your order well in advance.

Event Pundits is not responsible for:
• Orders arriving too close to an event date due to late ordering
• Missed events caused by courier delays once an order has been dispatched


Incorrect Address Information

Please ensure all delivery details are correct at checkout.

We cannot be held responsible for:
• Delays
• Lost parcels
• Additional costs
resulting from incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.
